The Monkey AIsland: A Pirate Hiring Game for Engineers

The Monkey AIsland is a point-and-click pirate hiring game by The Agile Monkeys, in the spirit of The Secret of Monkey Island. Job applications are rarely fun, so we turned ours into a game. Talk to the lookout, walk the dock, survive El Patilla, and win a code review duel fought one pull-request comment at a time. The real process has fewer swords. Play it in your browser: https://monkeyaisland.theagilemonkeys.com/ We're hiring engineers. A lot of them.
